FACTS, 25 & 26 November 2026, ICC Sydney

Shape the conversations that matter

If you’re interested in presenting at FACTS 2026, we'd love to hear from you! We're calling for presentation proposals that will educate and engage the industry's leaders, spark new ideas and create actionable outcomes for all our event attendees across corporate travel, business events, aviation and travel payments.

Our approach to content curation

FACTS is built on quality, not quantity. Every session plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall event experience for our attendees. We ask all applicants to focus on developing high-quality, future-focussed proposals that align with the challenges and opportunities facing the corporate travel industry.  

We encourage proposals that:

  • Reflect current industry challenges and opportunities

  • Deliver clear, practical value for attendees

  • Represent diverse perspectives across speakers and topics

 

To support a strong program, submissions should include:

  • Panel or presentation formats with engaging delivery

  • A mix of perspectives and speaker backgrounds

  • Content suitable for a range of experience levels

Selection process

All presentation proposals go through a double-blind peer review process.

Proposals are assessed by a Peer Review Council made up of:

  • Business travel and events industry experts

  • Representatives from FACTS and/or the GBTA AU Board and membership

 

FACTS and GBTA staff do not review or score submissions.

Final selections are made following a full review and discussion by the Council.

Scoring criteria

Proposals are evaluated against the following criteria:

  • Relevance to current business travel and events landscape (30%)

  • Strength of session title and description (25%)

  • Clear, actionable takeaways (20%)

  • Originality of content (15%)

  • Overall quality of submission (10%)

How to submit

To lodge a presentation proposal:

  1. Click ‘START YOUR SUBMISSION’ below

  2. Create a profile via the Log In button 

  3. Enter your presentation proposal into the online Submission Portal

 

Only complete submissions entered via the portal will be considered.

Submission deadline: Friday 12 June 2026
