Managed travel is undergoing an exciting chapter of rapid change and innovation. Partnerships forged with the Association of Corporate Travel Companies (ATMC), the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and Partnership Travel Consulting (PTC) will capture this dynamism at FACTS.

About us

In November 2024, we held our foundation event in Sydney and the buzz was amazing. We welcomed close to 500 attendees, including over 120 corporate travel buyers.

The Summit attracts the highest level speakers (C-suites of airlines, TMCs and industry) for an ‘inside the Boardroom’ conference of the key strategic items facing the corporate travel industry in this country and beyond.

In 2025, we’re covering corporate travel again extensively and greatly expanding the scope to embrace more about airlines, meetings & events and travel technology. Suppliers also have an opportunity to showcase their latest products, services and solutions to buyers at the event's exhibition area.

FACTS is a two-day event on 25-26 November 2025 and is expected to gather up to 1,500 attendees, including at least 250 corporate buyers, plus another 150 events/groups buyers. It’s a unique event, with a lot of cross-overs.

What’s different - and disruptive - about FACTS?

  • Our obsession with high quality content is unmatched. NONE of our Summit speakers are ‘pay-to-play’ and we have ZERO sponsored content in our Summits
     

  • Education seminars are offered to differing levels of industry experience. FACTS' program uniquely offers sessions tailored to delegates' level of industry experience (those with less than three years' in the industry, and those that are more tenured).

  • 100% free flow meetings - no annoying speed-dating! Buyers are not locked into exhausting ‘hosted buyer programs’ and time wasted in pointless 1:1 meetings, but can instead use their time to connect with the exhibitors and delegates that they wish to meet
     

  • Suppliers can engage with 10x the number of buyers at once, by sharing innovative content. We encourage our exhibitors to provide immersive simulations and workshops of solutions at their booths - with spotlighted sessions on the Showcase Stage - within the Expo Floor Plan.
